The Xiaomi MiPad will go on sale in India starting at noon Tuesday. It will be available from online retailer Flipkart, priced at Rs 12,999.
The Mi Pad has a Tegra K1 chipset coupled with 2GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel rear camera with Sony BSI sensor for full-HD resolution videos and a 5-megapixel front camera at the top of the display for selfies and video chats. Beating under its hood is a Tegra K1 chipset coupled with 2GB of RAM. The tablet sports an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. It is packed with a 6700mAh battery.
It is currently available in 16GB (expandable up to 128GB) model in India, but a 64GB model is expected soon. The Mi Pad will be available only in white colour in India.
