The Master returns – Nokia Confirms it’s return

Nokia announced it’s all new Android phone at the CES 2017. Although that phone may be only limited to China market, but the rumors are out saying Nokia’s next phone Nokia 8 is coming for other regions as well. Qualcomm was rumored to have shown the upcoming Nokia 8 at the CES.

Once Nokia did rule the mobile market but failing to keep up with the new technologies and platforms, Nokia lost all of it’s market-share. But now as the brand is currently owned by HMD Global, Nokia is returning to market with all in.

According to HMD Global, the Nokia6 will be available to only China at the price of 1699 CNY (Rs. 16831.24 in INR). The phone is said to be unibody, crafted with single block of Series 6000 aluminium, having 5’5″ full-HD laminated in-cell display and 2.5D Gorilla Glass. The phone is powered by 1.1GHZ Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor along with Adreno 505 GPU, 4Gb RAM, 64Gb storage and 3000mAH battery.

It has a 16Mpx primary Camera with flash and 8Mpx Selfie Camera. It’s a dual-sim phone (GSM + CDMA) running Android Nougat. Includes sensors like  Compass Magnetometer, Proximity , Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope and a ultra-fast Finger-sensor, for connectivity and Media it has Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB-OTG, FM. In storage, it has option to add Expandable storage upto 128Gb via microSD card, has a 3.5mm jack support for headphones.

The HMD Global launched a registration option for the sale of this phone two days before the it’s market release and it already got over 1 million registrations. The phone is to be released on January 19, 2017 via a Flash sale.
