Although the Realme GT Neo 5 series is yet to launch in India officially, Realme is actively preparing for the launch of the Realme GT Neo 6 5G series smartphones. Let’s look at the latest leak about these premium Android smartphones with flagship-grade specifications and features from Realme.
Realme GT Neo 6 5G Leaked Specifications
A new leak has revealed the GT Neo 6 5G specifications, which could be the entry-level model in the upcoming GT Neo 6 5G series. There might not be a lot of differences between the base model and the top-end variant.
A new leak claims that the Realme GT Neo 6 5G will feature a 6.7-inch 1.5K OLED display with support for a 144Hz refresh rate.

The upcoming GT Neo 6 5G would be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. The flagship chipset is tipped to be paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
The latest leak about the Realme GT Neo 6 5G claims the smartphone will feature a triple-camera setup on the back, comprising a 50MP primary camera sensor with support for OIS (Optical Image Stabilization). Although the sensor supporting the primary camera hasn’t been revealed, it is possible that Realme may have embedded a Sony IMX890 sensor.
Accompanying the 50MP primary camera on the back would be an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro sensor. The GT Neo 6 5G is tipped to feature a comparatively humble 16MP front-facing camera sensor for selfies, video calls, and face unlock.
The GT Neo 6 5G is tipped to pack a 5200mAh battery, supporting 150W wired fast charging. The Realme smartphone should boot Android 13 with a layer of Realme UI 4.0 on top. Other specifications of the Realme GT Neo 6 5G include an under-screen fingerprint scanner, an IR blaster, etc.
Realme GT Neo 6 5G Launch, Availability
Recent reports suggest Realme could launch the Realme GT Neo 6 5G series, comprising the Realme GT Neo 6 5G and the Realme GT Neo 6 Pro 5G next month. These devices would be available in China first.
As the Realme GT Neo 5 5G series is yet to officially launch in India, it is not clear when or if the Realme GT Neo 6 5G series will arrive in India. Incidentally, Realme hasn’t started teasing the GT Neo 6 5G series yet.
