Google launches its all new communication app for android devices, and it has already debuted in Playstore.
Yesterday, Google released its messaging app through playstore for devices running Android ver 4.1 (Jellybean) and up.
Messenger can act as an alternative to default messaging app, which was indeed needed as its not available in Kitkat devices by default (users needed to use Google Hangout or other third-party messaging apps for SMS.
The all new messenger is designed on Material theme. It allows you to send, receive pictures/audio/videos directly from app, allows you to send group messages, block spammers,mute a contact notifications, archive messages and receive delivery reports for sent messages..
