Last week, Delhi High had banned Xiaomi for sales and marketing of any of its mobile devices in India due to Ericson’s patent infringements and all its sales were put offline on Flipkart.
As per PTI’s tweet, Delhi High Court today permitted the sale of Xiaomi smartphones powered by Qualcomm chipsets only, until January 8, in India. Currently there are 2 smartphones in Indian market: Redmi 1S and Redmi Note – which run on a Qualcomm chipset.
Delhi HC permits Xiaomi to sell and import Qualcomm chipset based handsets till January 8.

Xiaomi had earlier planned to launch Redmi Note 4G in December, which is also powered by a Qualcomm processor implying that this too could be sold till January 8th.
So we expect, soon Flipkart will resume its Xiaomi sales.
